RETURNS & REFUNDS

We aspire for you to have nothing but love for our handmade pieces that you choose to make a part of your wardrobe. If for any reason you would need more information before or after your purchase, do drop us an email with your details and we will do our very best to assist you with the same.

Products are accepted for exchange (size issues only) if we are notified within 48 hrs of you having received your piece. Post inspection, and on condition of having no damage, stain marks or having being tampered with, in any way, and intact of all labels, tags and packaging, we will notify you about the next steps for your order exchange. 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled/refunded.

To help you better in the sizing department, each style has a style size chart that you may refer to. This will assist you in finding a size that best suits you. Each piece is handmade with hours of intricate hand embroidery and handled with the utmost care. To avoid the process of exchanges and wastage, do refer to the garment details / or contact us for more information.

In the event that a package has been damaged during the shipping process, please do notify the concerned courier company with all details within 24 hrs of having received the package.

In the event of a sizing issue, and post return approval, freight costs of returning and re shipping a piece will be borne by the client. This however is applicable only to domestic shipments within India. 

For international clientele, due to the substantial duties and taxes combined with vast logistical issues, returns are not always possible. All freight costs, duties and taxes for the return and re-shipping are to be borne by the client.
